Sale and Acquisition
Many clients find that they reach a point where they need to 'de-acquisition', often because they are moving to a smaller property. Others simply want to realise a dream holiday and need to find the means to do so!
We can assist clients in selecting suitable items for sale, establishing a realistic market value and pursuing the type of sale best suited to the individual circumstance - possibly a relevant auction or sale by private treaty.
Alternatively a client may wish to purchase a Fine Art or Antique item and wish to confirm that they are buying an authentic piece at a fair price. In this situation we would either locate a suitable item and negotiate the terms of purchase on behalf of our client or act as an independent valuer in a potential purchase.
